I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and my Masters’s degree in Lightweight Engineering both at the University of Chemnitz. I was a research assistant at the Institute for Composite Materials and at the Institute for Lightweight Structures and Polymer Technology at the same University. After doing two internships and my Masters’s thesis at the BMW Group for example in product and process planning for composite materials and production of CFRP Preform I am currently a Ph. D. student at the Fraunhofer Institute for Ceramic Technologies and Systems IKTS for the testing of electronics and optical methods, as well as speckle-based methods.
