After becoming an International Welding Engineer, I was a scientific assistant first at the Laser Zentrum Nord GmbH and then at the Fraunhofer Institute. I obtained my Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with focus on computational methods. Since 2019 I am a research associate at the Institute of Laser and System Technologies (iLAS) at the Technical University of Hamburg.
