Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology
Mr. Jinoop A N is working as Senior research fellow at Raja Ramanna Centre for Advanced Technology, Indore from 2016 for pursuing PhD from Homi Bhabha National Institute – an aided institute of Department of Atomic Energy, Government of India and a deemed to be university. He completed his Masters (M.Tech.) in Additive Manufacturing (AM) in 2016 from Department of Mechanical Engineering, National Institute of Technology Warangal, India. He is a recipient of Department of Atomic Energy research Fellowship for pursuing Ph.D., MHRD fellowship for pursuing M.Tech., Young Scientist Award from Madhya Pradesh Council of Science and Technology, International Travel Fellowship by Homi Bhabha National Institute and INSA-DAE/BRNS-CCSTDS travel Fellowship. He is working in the area of AM for the last six years and his research interests include laser AM, directed energy deposition, powder bed fusion, post processing of AM parts, hybrid AM, laser surface treatment and 3D printing. He has published several international journals, conference papers and book chapters in the mentioned area. He is also a reviewer for several reputed international journals, conferences and engineering book publishers.
