Malte Buhr received the M.Sc. degree in mechanical engineering from the Hamburg University of Technology in 2017. In 2017, he joined the Institute of Laser and System Technologies (iLAS), Hamburg University of Technology, as a research associate. 2018 he transferred to the Fraunhofer Research Institution of Additive Manufacturing Technologies IAPT in Hamburg, as head of automation and sensor systems team. His current research interests include sensor systems, robotics, IIoT and additive manufacturing.
